Flowing from Within

Reality is ever redefining. It can literally change from one second to the next. . . and if we choose to change how we perceive our reality – that change of perception – will impact our life in more ways than one could imagine.

What if all of our life’s challenges, the good and the bad are simply just part of the human experience? What if the wrong questions to ask are “why me?” or “Why was I thrown these circumstances? Why is my life worse than this other person’s life? or Why do bad things happen to good people?”

How could those questions serve us in any positive way? There will never truly be answers to these questions . . . so let them be. Let them be and let them GO

I know, I know, I know these questions seem natural to our human nature and all humans tend to want to ask said questions. Trust me when I tell you in my past I have dove deep into the rabbit hole chasing all of these questions down to oblivion where the answers hid in the mystery of life. Then something happened. My answers came when after much reading and listening I realized I was purely asking the wrong questions. What if I shifted and asked the better questions that can actually serve me well?

What if some of the better questions were, “How will I respond to this situation? What choice will I make today on how I choose to go about living within these circumstances? The circumstances are as they are so what will I choose to do about them? Where is my heart? Who am I being?” and so on. How about we ask the questions that look inward to our own selves and how we can respond. The response is not necessarily an immediate physical response. The physical response flows naturally from our emotional/mental response to these questions. In other words, our outward behavior flows from our state of inward being. When we realize we can choose our response to what is happening, that’s where the power is. That’s where the strength comes from.

Outward

Today, we can choose to stand in our power and stand in our strength.

We can choose to acknowledge the areas in life that we are having lesser than acceptable outcomes and from it we can choose how we will respond to it.

Everyday I have a choice to make. Do I stand in my pity diving into the vastness of ‘why Ryan?’ or do I acknowledge and choose to live with love, live with courage, live with zest? Our response is a choice, after all.

Why not flow from the greatness of within?

After I open up my emails this morning I saw your email in the middle of all the junk and I said to myself, I have to read this first so I can start my day on a healthy and inspiring way.
I wanted to hear the news about our friend and to you a lovely and inspiring husband, I needed to hear how he was doing and how you were holding up…. You gave me the answer in superior weight and we love you in any way or shape that it comes… Thank you for another inspiring update and we hope that from now on it WILL only get better…
